Local Produce in Place Bellecour

Place Bellecour, Lyon is always filled with some sort of activity or another, prompting citizens to take a break from the day's bustle and visit whatever distraction the city has offered them. On this occasion it was a tiny market, hosted under white tents, with a variety of local producers selling their wares. It was quite interesting but unfortunately due to the crowd I could only manage to get a few pictures.

Assorted Cheeses

Pure Honey

Some of the local vendors hard at work

I'm going to say these were pickled vegetables but I'm not really sure

Bottled jams of crazy fruits that I had never imaged could be jammed

Some of the region's savory meats

This was an interesting candy made only from fruit and a tiny bit of sugar. Completely natural

The local population enjoying the market

Last, but nowhere near least, wines of the region.
